Yesterday I heard another story of someone suffering under the recession and I’m hearing them too often.

An almost-neighbor that was once able to chose when he worked is now having to grab and beg for it as he can as the government gives less money to Network Rail for track repair. The ouctome: he can no longer afford his mortgage and is having to sell a home that he was secure in purchasing a whopping 16 months ago. That’s right; 16 months and the economy has shat on this guy (and his young family) to the point where he can’t afford to live.

It’s just as well that the powers that be are acknowledging the recession we’re lumbering into. Right? Surely, Gordon Brown stated today that he’s the man to take us through it as a country. Sorry, he said he’s the man to steer us through these “difficult times.” Admitting it and using the R word isn’t going to make it any more worse just like his recent advise on saving… what was it.. oh, yes: food. Never mind that it costs £75 to fill a petrol tank that used to cost £50 to fill.

Fucking idiots.

Oh, and that John Lewis list? Well politicians voted NOT to change the situation. BIG FUCKING SURPRISE! Of course they did! It shouldn’t be up to them!! Why should they be the ONLY people allowed to sign off their own expenses when it’s OUR FUCKING MONEY!

STOP ROBBING FROM US START USING COMMON SENSE
